“Sit up straight, hold your head up” it’s something you probably heard as a child, but as the years went by it was never a priority until one day you look in the mirror and realize that your neck is out of alignment, your head is forward , your shoulders are rounded, anterior pelvic tilt has set in, and you may even have a one legged lean”.
Having good posture has been shown to increase energy, reduce stress, and also reduce fatigue. When your body isn’t fighting itself it can spend that energy elsewhere.
