About this Recipe

This is a simple dessert that can help if you need something sweet! The whole recipe only has 1 Tbs of Stevia, so this will also help adjust your sweetness pallet. Start keeping these 3 simple ingredients on hand!

Ingredients

  • 1 Jar Coconut Cream
  • 1 Tbs Stevia (or your preferred sugar)
  • 1 Tbs + 1 tsp 100% Coco powder

The chocolate and sugar can be adjusted to taste. This just seems to be the best ratio for me. Remember, the can of coconut cream needs to be refrigerated before hand. This will allow the fat to separate from the coconut water. For this recipe we will just use the cream and you can save the coconut water for another time.

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Keep a jar of coconut cream in the fridge or allow it to sit in the fridge over night until the cream and water separate.

Step 2

With out Shaking-remove the cream from the fridge and open the can. Scoop out the thick cream from the top. You can keep the water in the bottom for smoothies.

Step 3

Add Stevia and Coco powder to the cream. Blend on high with a hand mixer until the mixture is thick and creamy.
